Refund policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exclusions.

Restocking Fee

  • A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returned items.
  • This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

Return Process

  1. Contact us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email/contact info] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship the item: Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us at the address provided in the return authorization. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the $35 restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at nomadsply@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
